Kisumu City  Must also have 4 representatives for regional representative(senate) since it is classified as a City. 1.Onhousing we request that the citizens be given a 3 month rent free(reprieve) per year for any Kenyans living below poverty line/ or below minimum wage that is 12500ksh. 2.Asian community should allow kenyans indeginous (Blacks) to intermarry their daughter if they have to get Kenyan Dual citizenship/ they should also not segregate kenyans against their families from school/public utility or social circles. 3.Public Dept Register should be nullified,Kenya is a sovereign country and since the citizenry were never consulted when the depts were taken/requested in the first place,the regimes of Kenyatta,Moi-Kibaki/Raila governments have amassed almost 2 trillion dept,which the country has over paid and still repays,slavery and servitude is prohibitterd in Kenya.Financing the external dept that has already been paid amounts to servitude and slavery. 4.The maximum salary scale must reflect similarity to minimum scale the working hours allowed by the constitution should be highlighted.The workers above the group that earn over half a million should not be allowed to get house rent since we understands they have capability to own their home.  5.Housing the gorvernment should indicate on procedure to the size, area, and use of, before evicions or settling rent issues iether by court order or an overseer body. 6.The following words in the constitution must be inter changed  SHALL / MAY words must be removed WILL, MUST and HAVE TO be used. 7.The role of First lady,prominient figures in the gorvernance must be indicated their salaries if there is or their role in gorvernance. 8.The Price control should be implemented with in the first 6 months,the regulating body to overseer the ptrices should be mamdated to regulate the commodity prices iether Petrol and food stuffs. 9.No uniformed/ununiformed police officer should be allowed to carry openly the fire arm except during emergency or in responce to armed attack or while transporting goods in transit. 10.The armed personnel except the military have a right to join a trade union. 11.All the land in Kenya belong to Kenyan government and its people the total leasing time _frame_ is99 Years(Ninety Nine years).Hence the total acres allowed per person,company or trust is 10,000acres.All former leases and treaties are null and void if this constitution is passed by referundum. 12.Indeginious people at the coast must be given priority in job opportunities,the opportunities at the coast must be on permanent basis or contractual basis not less than 3 years. 13.Arbotion is prohibittted except on medical ground,where there is a strong evidence of one losing life or both the parent and the child. or where the child was concieved as result of rape. 14.Birth control to all Kenyans no more than 3 children per family- male or female,a family is composed of the same No,except on adoption where you are allowed to have over 5 but not nmore than 7children. 15. 3-4 Times postponement of court case due to absentesism of complainants are enough to withdrawal of a court case if its not a criminal offence. 15.People with Hiv/Aids &terminal illnesses will be classified as Minority and be accorded their full rights, the gorverment will be allocating them social renemuration upkeep above 5000 per month.Free ARTs must be alocated to all equally.PLWHA must be accorded first prioprity in gorvernment appointments. 16.Trade in Used clothings,utensils and other house hold (mitumba) must be phrased out in 5 years time motor vehicles andf machineries with more than 4 years will be classified as unroady worthy. 17.No member ofparliament/senate/county or mayor and their deputies will have more thantwo terms in that working position. 18.Inauguration of a President and Prime Minister will be done at public venue, Uhuru Park or Kamukunji. 19..Stolen Assets Recovery Commission must be established and be autonomous with power to prossecute and confiscate and incriminate stolen assets and bank accounts. 20.The government Must allocate 3% of annual budget to develop sporting activities and its component,mainly indoor games and out door games,The gorvernment will run  football and a total kit for foot ball competition per year will be 70 million.for 18 teams. 21.Former presidents cannot vie for any otherpolitical office.Their retirement benneffits should be settled in the 3 months after living office.A fully equiped mainsonet house,4 motorcarde and 10 security personel, 10 connection return flight tickets for five members of his families per year.
